Ensure our site and team members are looking sharp.
Dive into the action with daily operations at the car wash.
Ride the wave of our Bluewave policies and procedures, ensuring everything's shipshape and on point.
Create a workplace that's not just fun, but safe too.
Drive local volume and sales.
Keep an eye on wash quality and maintain our Bluewave brand standards.
Dive into financial performance reviews with your Site Leader, identifying opportunities to ride the wave of success even higher.
Get tech-savvy with software programs and applications – from Microsoft Office to our point-of-sale system.
