With 15+ locations and aggressive growth plans, we are developing our next generation of Site Leaders and Area Leaders from within. This role is for people who want more than a paycheck. Requirements
- Able to work 45+ hours/week
- Open availability (including evenings & weekends)
- Comfortable being on your feet and active
- Willing to step in wherever needed to win the day
- Leadership experience (or are clearly ready for it)
- Take initiative without being told

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
- Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
- Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
- Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
- Support sales and membership growth
- Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
- Step up when needed leaders don’t wait to be asked
