Camp Fire Alaska is seeking an Assistant Site Director to join their team. This role involves playing with and helping children, facilitating hands-on, educational activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and structured play in a safely organized after-school program setting. The position supports Camp Fire’s mission to help youth develop social, emotional, physical, and academic skills, enabling them to see and reach their full potential. The Assistant Site Director will work between 30-35 hours per week on average, supporting the Senior Site Director in planning, management, and supervision of an assigned site, and ensuring program quality through age-appropriate activities, coaching, and supervision of site staff.
