About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Site Director who is ready to step into a leadership role, make a daily impact on children’s lives, and enjoy a flexible schedule with a rare benefit of employer-paid childcare. This position offers more than a typical part-time job in childcare. You will step into a leadership role where your work directly shapes a positive, structured, and engaging environment for children before and after school. One of the most unique parts of this opportunity is employer-paid childcare for your own children enrolled in the program, helping you significantly reduce childcare costs while staying closely connected during the workday. You will also benefit from a flexible split schedule that can support school, family responsibilities, or additional commitments. Your day begins by helping create a welcoming and positive environment as students arrive for the morning program. You may lead a quick activity, connect with families, and support smooth program flow before transitioning into your mid-day break. In the afternoon, you return to guide engaging activities such as arts and crafts, STEAM projects, fitness games, and homework support. You will work closely with your team to ensure a safe, organized, and fun environment while maintaining strong communication with families and staff. Each day brings variety, energy, and meaningful interaction with children and colleagues.
