SB Assistant Shop Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Shop Manager assists the store manager with all aspects of store management and helps oversee daily shop operations. The role includes opening and closing the shop on the manager’s days off, delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting employee training, and helping meet shop performance goals. The position also involves cash and inventory management, ensuring safety and health compliance, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing store. Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program; for high-performing managers, average bonus and commission plans may add $1.50–$2.00 per hour to hourly salary.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to work Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing on the manager’s days off.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
- Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
- Monitor and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Handle cash and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
