Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to work Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
- Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
- Monitor and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Handle cash and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
