Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time Assistant & Service Managers for their state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in DeWitt, NY. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of the Midas retail location. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, ensuring job quality and timeliness, meeting customer expectations, and team member safety. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends under-car repair services. They ensure customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance by directing the workflow of mechanics and technicians. Service Managers also drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, ensure customer satisfaction with their in-store experience, and strive to meet customer expectations.
