About The Position

The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for generating service order estimations and quotes, scheduling appointments, conducting post-repair follow-ups, and educating customers on services and costs. This role requires the ability to work with limited supervision, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers
• Schedule appointments, and maintain an organized schedule
• Conduct post repair follow up and customer service
• Explain any cost & service time requirements
• Educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and follow up are required
