The Assistant Service Center Manager role is always on the move. You will be responsible for building and developing a diverse team that will differentiate our service experience from others. THE TOOLS WE'LL NEED FROM YOU A positive attitude Willingness to learn and work as part of a customer-focused team One year experience as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager AND at least six months of automotive experience OR two years as a supervisor/third key/shift leader or assistant manager in a customer facing retail establishment. Requirements

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
  • Achieve SuperPro certification.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
  • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
