About The Position
Join the Kings Kia team as an Assistant Service Advisor! This position is intended to teach how to consult with customers on needed repairs, warranty issues and related maintenance recommendations. This will include communicating with customers in person as well as on the telephone, text,email and teams. Candidate will be responsible for prepping vehicles for service loaners and spot-checking vehicles for redelivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. Our dealership is very busy and therefore requires an individual who is detail-oriented and functions well in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries . Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.
Requirements
- Proven ability to multi-task per past employment
- Good computer skill set
- High school graduate; college a plus
- Satisfactory employment references
- Pass background check
- Must be 18 or older
