About The Position

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant. We are a financially stable, long-term debt-free company with a strong sense of family among our long-time employees. We are experiencing growth and have a loyal customer base who view us as lifelong partners in their passion for RVs.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers, in person, over the phone and by email
• Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism in a high tempo environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Drug free - must pass a drug test
• Legally able to work in the USA – we are an E-Verify employer
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• A background in customer service with experience in RV and/or Automotive repair is preferred
• Knowledge of Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance claims processes
• Experience with System 2K or other Repair Order Systems is a plus
