About The Position

The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Advisor team by providing administrative and Customer Service assistance throughout the vehicle Service process. This role is responsible for handling clerical duties, processing repair orders, submitting Warranty and Service Contract claims, communicating with Customers regarding vehicle status, and ensuring a positive Customer experience. The Assistant Service Advisor serves as a key liaison between Customers, Technicians, and Service Advisors to help maintain efficient Service Department operations. • Ability to operate both automatic, manual and electric vehicles.
• Ability to read, comprehend information, and perform calculations.
• Ability to bend, push, climb, lean, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, and perform other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist Advisor with check out process, Tech assignments, and other duties.
• Actively listening to our Customers needs and concerns about their vehicle.
• Complete a walk round the vehicle with Customer present.
• Move vehicles as needed on the Service Drive and throughout the Shop.
• Complete Repair Order (RO) Submissions.
• Communicate the needed repairs and recommended maintenance to the Customer.
• Utilize the latest technology to ensure an outstanding Customer experience.
• Enter & update Customer and concern information into system.
• Complete Service Contracts and Warranty claims.
• Schedule Monday thur Friday between 7am to 6pm.
