About The Position
The assistant server's responsibilities include: -Assisting the servers' needs is the priority -Following the sequence of service as established by venue -Working as a team to ensure flawless service to all guests -Setting and resetting tables -Clearing tables -Accommodating all guest's requests and anticipating needs Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role. Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay. We are know for our award-winning service culture with an unparalleled commitment to go above and beyond for our guests. We offer four restaurants, two pools, two private beaches, four tennis courts, boating and sailing and championship golf. Pay range: $23.00 - $27.00 based on tips and service charges
