About The Position

The Bellperson plays a vital role in delivering a welcoming, polished, and supportive arrival and departure experience. This position requires a gracious demeanor, strong knowledge of the resort, and a proactive approach to guest assistance, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the guest journey.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours per shift
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior guest service.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
  • Safely and efficiently transport luggage during arrival and departure in accordance with resort standards.
  • Escort guests to accommodations while providing a clear and engaging orientation of room features, resort amenities, and services.
  • Deliver guest amenities, packages, newspapers, and special requests promptly and accurately.
  • Assist guests with parking directions and vehicle coordination.
  • Transport guests to nearby attractions and within the resort via golf cart or vehicle as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell areas, carts, and storage spaces.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
  • Communicate guest requests or observations to the Front Office team.
