About The Position

Position Summary Cape Cod’s only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking an experienced and intuitive Concierge to curate exceptional, personalized experiences for our guests. This role serves as a trusted advisor and local expert, ensuring each guest’s stay is seamless, memorable, and tailored to their individual preferences. The Concierge embodies graciousness, discretion, and anticipatory service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and a refined sense of hospitality.
  • Arrange dining reservations, transportation, on and off property activities, special celebrations, and bespoke guest experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful recommendations based on guest profiles and preferences.
  • Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and confirmation of all arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and internal departments to coordinate special amenities, experiences, and requests.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Cape Cod attractions, seasonal events, and resort offerings.
  • Utilize the property management system to document guest preferences and service recovery efforts.
  • Assist Guest Services Associates as needed to ensure seamless Front Office operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions.
  • Consistently adhere to Forbes Five-Star service standards and resort policies.
