The Assistant Security Coordinator is a uniformed position that supports the Security Coordinator in leading the day-to-day departmental operations and supervising the on-duty security operations team in a 24/7 security operation. The Assistant Security Coordinator assists in ensuring operational targets are met, security services are delivered professionally, and customer service standards are maintained. They play a key role in resource deployment, facilitating effective communication, supporting decision-making, and managing operations as directed by the Security Coordinator. In the event of an absence in the Security Coordinator role, the Assistant Security Coordinator will be required to step in and fully assume those responsibilities for the duration of the shift.
