Children of America (COA) is seeking an Assistant School Director to be responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and duties of management, including leading a staff of talented educators and the execution of educational programming for all programs, from Infant care through School Age. The Assistant School Director will work directly under a School Director, leading teachers and support staff in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and sharing a passion for early childhood education. The program serves preschool children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age, with programs including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp. This position interacts daily with parents, the School Director, teaching staff, support staff, assigned operations personnel, facilities, custodial teams, and a regional support team.
