The Assistant Sanitation Manager will work with and report to the Sanitation Manager. Assistant Manager is responsible for working with and directing a staff of 10-13 team members in the cleaning of a large-scale bakery production facility. Assistant Managers must build upon established employee or customer relationships and develop your team. Maintaining or improving cleanliness through inspections, training, and employee accountability. Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels. Assistant Manager must be a problem-solver able to lead a diverse team. Must be able to assign work and follow up. Organize employees and work tasks to meet time or budget requirements. Assistant Manager will as needed work with and alongside staff to clean and sanitize facility and bakery equipment. Keen attention to detail is required.
