Requirements

• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Good eyesight for observing guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements.
• Ability to occasionally lift 10-25 lbs.
• Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with manager duties.
