About The Position
Bath Concepts is growing rapidly, with strong lead flow and a reputation built on high-quality bath remodeling products and expert installation. We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team and help drive continued success. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to support, coach, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is looking to grow into a leadership position while still actively contributing to sales.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with technology (iPads, CRM systems, etc.)
- Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in daily team operations
- Run leads and assist in closing sales when needed
- Help train and mentor new and existing sales reps
- Monitor team performance and help meet sales goals
- Assist with appointment follow-ups and customer interactions
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Step in to support the team in the field as needed
