About The Position
The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) is a key partner to the Studio Manager, forming a dyad that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The ASM is responsible for representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout. This role offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The position is described as one where every day will be different, and the environment fosters warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine sense of belonging. Specific job duties and selection requirements may vary by studio location.
