About The Position

The Assistant Sales Manager works alongside the Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations and is positioned as a development path toward Store Manager. The role focuses on sales performance, customer service, inventory and cash accuracy, showroom presentation, and supporting store operations. The position includes a guaranteed five-day workweek with Sundays off. Bilingual candidates are preferred and may receive higher pay.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience, including retail, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead.
• Valid physical driver’s license held for at least one year.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment is conditioned on passing a background check and motor vehicle records check through HireRight.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team members with sales, inventory, delivery, and customer service.
• Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding company sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Occasionally participate in creating social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support company initiatives.
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed.
• Support the Store Manager with operational duties.
