All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a motivated and driven Assistant Sales Manager to support and help lead our high-performing in-home sales team. This role is ideal for a top-producing sales professional ready to step into leadership while continuing to close deals and develop others within a proven system. Requirements

• 2+ years of high-ticket or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for evening and weekend appointments when needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in leading, training, and motivating the in-home sales team
• Help conduct sales meetings, ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching sessions
• Lead by example by personally closing high-value deals
• Assist with monitoring KPIs, CRM activity, and appointment performance
• Reinforce accountability and performance standards within the team
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives
• Help maintain a competitive, high-energy sales culture focused on results
• Step in to assist with team leadership and operations as needed
