About The Position

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for sales, customer service, and the RV lifestyle? We’re looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first visit to long after the sale. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily dealership operations, coach and develop staff, maintain strong customer relationships, and help drive sales success. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales and management experience
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong computer, internet, and CRM skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Honest, professional, and respectful team player
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Sales Management or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of RV products and the RV industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and reinforce the dealership sales process to ensure a top-tier customer experience
  • Coach and motivate the sales team on customer follow-up, CRM usage, and sales performance
  • Assist with training, onboarding, scheduling, and timecard approvals for sales staff
  • Help coordinate commission and incentive reporting for payroll
  • Support post-sale customer care and help resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Step in for the Sales Manager or Business Manager when needed
  • Assist with overflow finance customers and communication support
  • Lead and participate in daily sales meetings focused on inventory, training, promotions, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners
  • Maintain knowledge of pre-owned RV market values and inventory trends
  • Help organize inventory displays, lot setup, and dealership presentation standards
  • Assist with recruiting and developing new sales and administrative team members
  • Support inventory forecasting and dealership operational planning
  • Ensure the showroom, sales floor, and lot remain clean, organized, and customer-ready
