About The Position

Lakeshore Beverage is currently seeking an Assistant Sales Execution Coordinator (Assistant SEC) to support the daily operations of the Sales Execution department. This role is responsible for assisting with pay-for-performance administration, compliance tracking, and various departmental initiatives. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIE The Assistant SEC will lead the development, monitoring, and communication of Lakeshore Beverage’s incentive programs, including: VxP Brand Incentives Compliance Standards Payroll Submission Digital Sales Initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Field Sales, or Trade Marketing
• Advanced excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Maintain the Confidentiality of Employee and Company Information
• Sense of Urgency for Time-Sensitive Tasks
• Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Schedules
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
