About The Position

TAG is seeking an Execution Coordinator to support enterprise execution across the organization. This role reports centrally and works cross-functionally with leaders in HR, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and IT to ensure initiatives, onboarding activities, and operational tasks are organized, coordinated, and completed effectively. The Execution Coordinator follows established processes and blueprints to help move work forward. This role is responsible for tracking action items, coordinating stakeholders, supporting onboarding and hiring activities, organizing travel and events, and reinforcing accountability across teams. This position requires confidence and professionalism when working with senior leaders and individual contributors. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable holding others accountable to commitments, and capable of operating across departments with clarity and composure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to leadership, enterprise operations, and disciplined execution in a professional services environment. This position is a hybrid (in office & remote) role. Candidates must be able to work in the corporate office in Chesterfield, MO a minimum of three (3) days per week. During an approximate 30-day probationary period, in-office attendance will be full-time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort communicating with and coordinating across multiple departments
  • Professional presence and confidence working with senior leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, project support, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency with Excel and basic project or task tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track initiatives and action items across departments
  • Support execution of leadership priorities and enterprise initiatives
  • Follow established processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Assist with employee onboarding coordination
  • Support hiring process logistics and documentation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning activities
  • Help manage marketing vendor coordination and resource tracking
  • Assist with non-content collateral coordination
  • Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
  • Maintain organized documentation and execution trackers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels
  • Escalate issues or delays appropriately
  • Apply established execution frameworks and templates consistently
  • Maintain organized records and tracking systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity or efficiency in workflows
