About The Position

Naples Soap Company is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our store, drive sales, and create outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a passion for skincare and a love for sharing products, tips, and routines. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales and performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting and tracking goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder
• 2+ years retail sales experience
• Proven ability to meet goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 18 + years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• Assistant Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
• Meeting goals and KPI's: 2 years (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)
