About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Retail Store Manager who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves leading store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives. The role also includes coaching retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals. AT&T offers paid training for this position.

Requirements

  • Speak Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
