About The Position

This role involves leading a retail store, overseeing daily operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to handle merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives. They will also conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, and coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. The company provides paid training for leadership success.

Requirements

• Speak Spanish and English.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
• The ability to take initiative and strive for results.
