Assistant Retail Store Manager
About The Position
As an Assistant Retail Store Manager at AT&T, you will take the lead in our retail stores, utilizing your retail knowledge and leadership abilities to help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure AT&T customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. You will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including assisting with merchandising and product launches, and helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, all while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience. The role includes best-in-class paid training to prepare you for leadership success, where you will gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. AT&T, founded by Alexander Graham Bell nearly 150 years ago, is a pioneer in making connections and continues to innovate, bringing families, communities, and businesses together with products and services like 5G and Fiber.
Requirements
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
