About The Position

We are seeking an exuberant Assistant Restaurant Sales Manager to join the team. This role is for a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings events to life for our guests. Responsibilities include developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, as well as supporting the financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings at the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in hospitality and food & beverage
• Expert in Catering & Events
• Strong leader
• Natural salesperson
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree
