About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Chick-Fil-A at Bradley International Airport (BDL). If you thrive in a fast-paced food environment and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you! This role involves managing all front of house and kitchen activities, focusing on food quality and cost control, leading and developing the team, overseeing systems and processes, merchandising, office management, forecasting, budgeting, and problem-solving within a dynamic airport restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of quick-service management experience required.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

Nice To Haves

• Chick-Fil-A management certification highly desired.
• Culinary background is desirable.
• associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
