About The Position

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the signature dining restaurant, Brassica, at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. This role involves managing front-of-house operations, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, and leading a team of Food and Beverage Supervisors and Front-of-House Team Members. Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Ability to oversee daily operations.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of supervisors and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the signature dining restaurant, Brassica.
  • Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Overseeing 2 Food and Beverage Supervisors and 30 Front-of-House Team Members.
  • Delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
