Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • The ability to work any shift/day of the week. Weekend and holiday availability are required.
  • Comprehensive wine, liquor and beer knowledge
  • Proven track record of excellent guest service
  • Previous experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant
