About The Position

Downtown Flavortown is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Bar) to help lead our restaurant, bar, and private dining experiences. The role focuses on FUN, FLAVOR, and FAMILY, requiring energetic leaders to bring these elements to life. The position involves leading and motivating a team, delivering guest experiences, overseeing operations, and supporting financial controls.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage and bar.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Must love fast-paced environments and working with people.
  • ServeSafe & ABC Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Organized, motivated, and detail-focused.
  • Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service.
  • Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every shift.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards.
  • Support inventory, labor, and cost controls.
  • Be on the floor, in the action, coaching your team and helping guests.
  • Assist with private events and group service.
  • Keep things running smoothly — from POS troubleshooting to table touches.
