About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Food and Beverage Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team. This role involves leading and inspiring a team to achieve company objectives in sales, service excellence, quality, facility presentation, and sanitation standards through effective training, performance coaching, and the creation of an engaging and productive workplace culture. The position requires a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant collaboration and guest engagement. A flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with potential for extended shifts. Use of Microsoft Suite, Micros, and Open Table is required during shifts.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years' experience working in Bar/Food & Beverage Management preferred
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in luxury bars/restaurants preferred
• Strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor required
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States required
