Requirements

Three years of experience in food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependability and regular attendance.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Three years of assistant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to guarantee standards are met and guest satisfaction is ensured.
Assist in the supervision of team members, and establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships.
Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies.
Assist in the development of goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish necessary tasks productively.
Demonstrate knowledge of a service-oriented culture.
Perform both server and bartender positions as needed.
Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors and set a positive example for guest relations.
Demonstrate proactive approaches when dealing with guests.
Other tasks assigned by management.
