About The Position
Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Melt Shop in a dynamic airport restaurant environment! This role is for a Quick-Service Restaurant Environment with an opportunity for quarterly bonus and year-end super bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and career progression opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required.
- Minimum 1 year Quick-Service restaurant management experience required.
- Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
- Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
