About The Position
Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is seeking an Assistant Brassica Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of its restaurant and help create memorable guest experiences. The role assists with food and beverage operations, guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting. It also supports guest satisfaction initiatives, team member development, food presentation and cost controls, and compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
- Help develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
- Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls.
- Assist with supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
