About The Position

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you're a key player on our team. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards. Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness. Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles. Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers. Hands-On Involvement: You'll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you'll maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

Eagle eye for details and organized, even when things change.
Self-driven, flexible, and energetic.
Strong communication skills (talking, writing, and listening).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills, goal setting, planning, and execution.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology.
Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and some travel.
Professional demeanor inside and outside the restaurant.
Restaurant management experience.
Must be 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English.
Able to read English.
Ability to solve problems individually and as a Team.

Nice To Haves

Experience opening a new restaurant.

Ability to read/speak Spanish.
