About The Position

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you are a key player on the team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• An eagle eye for details and organized, even when things change.
• Self-driven, flexible, and full of energy.
• A champ at talking, writing, and listening.
• Awesome at solo missions and team work.
• Ability to see problems, make goals, create plans, and get things rolling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ready to learn new tech tricks.
• Up for all sorts of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and even some travel if needed.
• The picture of professionalism, inside and outside the restaurant, making Angry Chickz proud.
• Experience managing restaurants.
• 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English.
• Able to read English.
• Ability and willingness to solve problems individually and as a Team.
• Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Nice To Haves

• Experience opening a new restaurant or doing local marketing.
• Ability to read/speak Spanish.

• Actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
