The Assistant Residential House Manager is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. This position will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence and is compensated on an hourly basis. The role also involves programmatic supervision of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring compliance with DDS regulations and Agency policies.
