About The Position
Realstar is seeking a 2-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of their properties in Oshawa. This role requires living on-site and involves working 4 weekdays per week, every second weekend, and being on-call during evenings. Assistant Resident Managers are crucial to the successful operation of a residential rental building under Realstar's management, contributing to maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Cleaning experience
- Minor maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assisting with leasing suites
- Responding to on-call requests
