About The Position
Realstar is seeking a part-time Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person team at one of their properties in Peterborough. These roles offer the opportunity to live on-site. The schedule includes one weekday, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts. Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada, known for its clean, quiet properties and high standards of service. Assistant Resident Managers are crucial to the successful operation of a residential rental building.
Requirements
- Cleaning experience
- Minor maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
