This role involves approximately 25 hours of cleaning per week and participation in an on-call rotation. The compensation is primarily based on a rental incentive. Killam Apartment REIT focuses on increasing earnings from its existing portfolio, expanding through acquisitions, and developing high-quality properties in core markets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Property Management industry
- Previous experience as a building superintendent
Responsibilities
- Shared on-call responsibilities
- Cleaning duties, including daily and weekly tasks
- Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls
- First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations
