Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA.
- Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred.
- Some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.

- Some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supports the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNA's and HHA's while contributing to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation and a culture of safety, service, and respect.
