We are NOW HIRING an Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) RN or LPN Full-time on the Day shift! Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA
  • Some experience with in-servicing and supervising staff is required.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred
  • Some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supports the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNA's and HHA's while contributing to resident assessments, care planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accurate documentation and a culture of safety, service, and respect.
