This position oversees daily maintenance operations at a development, supervising the repair of structures and equipment, including roof tanks, standpipe systems, and sprinkler systems. The role involves managing the care of buildings and grounds through labor and material resources, monitoring inventory, conducting building inspections for PHAS preparations, and tracking work orders in Maximo for staff deployment. The Assistant Resident Buildings Superintendent will also oversee repair work done by Maintenance Workers in residents' apartments and public spaces, and supervise the preparation of move-outs.
