What this job involves: As an Assistant Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you will work as part of the project team, assisting with development of scope and schedule for projects while handling administrative responsibilities and move/project management duties. This role involves ensuring all project documentation is maintained on client or Relocation Management SharePoint sites while receiving and processing client requests. You'll participate in planning meetings with clients, relocation managers, occupancy planning teams, and other key stakeholders while incorporating best practices into projects and ensuring processes are managed according to client and JLL policies and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in managing work orders, small project management, furniture reconfigurations, and space enhancements.
