About The Position
The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-time criminal trial attorney to serve in the 2nd Judicial Circuit. The successful applicant will be based in the Tallahassee office and represent clients in various types of court hearings and multiple dockets. This is a full-time State of Florida position with state benefits. Salary is commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of legal experience.
- Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.

- Experience in criminal law is preferred.
